  • In a span of a day, a grieving father steals medicinal marijuana from a hospice,
    skips work and hangs out with his estranged neighbor’s son while his wife tries
    to get back to her daily routine as she fights off school teachers, stray kittens
    and dental clinic workers.

  • Asaph Polonsky

    Graduate of AFI. His graduation film, Samnang, was nominated for an Academy Award in 2013. His short films have been screened in many festivals, including New York, Aspen and Milan, where he won the Grand Prix. One Week and a Day is his debut feature-length film.
