  • Semion Cogan, a Russian Jew, follows his dream and emigrates to Israel with his family. As time goes by, strange and unexplained things occur in his new home and Semion realizes his dream has a high cost, forcing him to choose between his love for his family and his love of the land.

  • Dan Ronen
    Screenwriter , graduated from Tel Aviv University. He has written the scripts for various TV shows and feature films. Recent credits include the feature Thousand Yard Stare (2016, Judd Ne’eman),  as well as the TV series Shraga Bishgada, 23 Minutes and Worth Trting. In 2015 he wrote and directed a short children’s film, Zone A, that premiered at TIFF Kids and shown in festivals around the world.

    Evgeny Ruman
    Director, graduate from Tel Aviv University. He has directed 3 feature-length films: Igor and the Cranes’ Journey (2012) premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival, Strangelove Ruby (2014) and The Man in the Wall (2015), premiered at the Rotterdam Film Festival. He has also wrote & directed the 50 minutes short film Lenin in October (2010) and the TV show Between the Lines.
